Nathan “Byrdman” Byrd is an up-and-coming American race car driver from Litchfield Park, AZ. whose racing career started in September of 2018. 

He started his car career in early 2020 in the Lucas Oil Formula Car Racing Series. BYRDMAN kicked his development into high gear with his first full racing season consisting of 83 races, in 23 different cars, in 15 different racing series: Carolina Pro Late Model, Spears MFG Late Model, Spears Modified, Super Trucks, World Racing League Endurance Rounds, Kenyon Midget, National Midgets, Champion Midgets, Winged Midgets, Focus Midgets, Silver Crown,  F1000, F2000, F4, and USF2000 Road to Indy.  With at least one race a week, and sometimes even 7, BYRDMAN's interesting schedule leaves him with transferable knowledge from one series to the next allowing him to quickly adapt to every car he gets behind the wheel of.  

In the first 4 years of his racing career, BYRDMAN has put in some serious seat time, making him one of the most diverse racing drivers in the world:  Over 333 races in more than 25 different cars spread across 60 different race tracks throughout North America. 

With the Indy500 as the ultimate goal, BYRDMAN has set his focus on a heavy short track schedule for 2024, which, included making his NASCAR debut at Portland International Raceway on June 1st.
